  • How do Divine Cosmetics skincare products differ from other skincare products?

    Divine Skin, by Divine Cosmetics is a synergistic skincare range designed to cleanse, nourish and protect the skin. Our products have superior moisturising properties and the natural essential oils and vitamins contained in the formulation nourish and protect all types of skin.

  • How are Divine Cosmetics skin care products developed?

    All our products are formulated by Dr Lyall Williams, an Australian essential oil specialist. Divine Cosmetics is dedicated to ongoing product research and development in order to find the best possible natural skincare ingredients. Our products have been specifically formulated by Dr Williams to utilise the therapeutic quality and quantities for each of the ingredients. The formulation for each of our products is the intellectual property of Divine Cosmetics.

  • What Divine Cosmetics products are recommended for mature skin?

    Good skin care is essential at any age. Keep it simple and find a routine that suits your skin. Divine Cosmetics products are especially suited to mature skin due to the highly effective moisturising properties of our natural ingredients which help maintain and protect your skin's health. To reduce the appearance of wrinkles and age spots use Divine Skin Facial Firming Cream and Divine Skin Lightening Cream.

  • What is the advantage of a fragrance-free formulation?

    Fragrance is the leading cause of allergic reactions in cosmetics, this is why Divine Cosmetics offers a fragrance free moisturiser for people with highly sensitive skin. If you find that you are irritated by the Divine Cosmetics product you are trying, then we recommend you switch to the Divine Skin Fragrance Free Moisturiser, which contains no herbal extracts or essential oils.

  • How should I store my Divine Cosmetics products?

    Because Divine Cosmetics products contain natural ingredients, we suggest you use our products within 12 months after opening them for the best results possible. Avoid exposing the products to extreme heat, cold or temperature changes.

  • How can I find out the ingredients of a product?

    All ingredients are listed on the outer packaging of Divine Cosmetics products. A full list of ingredients and a description of their properties can be found here on the Divine Cosmetics website.

  • Do Divine Cosmetics products contain preservatives?

    All products need preservatives to keep them free of bacteria. The paraben family of preservatives (methylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, ethylparaben) are the most commonly used preservative and are well known to cause skin irritation. All Divine Cosmetics products are free from paraben preservatives.

    Divine Cosmetics formulations contain Phenoxyethanol, which is a Paraben and Formaldehyde free preservative.  It is a bactericide, often known as Rose ether. It is used to help preserve the integrity of products and prevent bacterial contamination.

  • Are Divine Cosmetics products tested on animals?

    Divine Cosmetics products are not tested on animals and do not contain animal derivatives. Divine Cosmetics relies on the judgment of pharmacological, toxicological and medical experts. We use non-animal alternative test methods as well as the safety histories of formulations and ingredients to determine product safety.

  • Is Divine Cosmetics packaging environmentally friendly and recyclable?

    Divine Cosmetics packaging is 100% recyclable. Card for our cartons is sourced from renewable forests and contains no toxins or chlorine bleach.

  • Is Divine Cosmetics Pty Ltd an Australian company?

    Divine Cosmetics Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated company. Divine Cosmetics products are exported all over the world as well as being sold locally in Australia.

  • Is it possible to get samples of Divine Cosmetics’ products?

    In order to provide our customers with the opportunity to experience our latest products, from time to time, Divine Cosmetics offers our customers free samples. Please join our mailing list to ensure that you receive any product samples that are on offer.

  • Where can I purchase Divine Cosmetics products?

    For your convenience, we offer our full product line for sale on this site. All orders are processed via our secure online payment facility. All you need to do is choose what items you want to purchase and click on the “add to shopping bag” button next to it. When you’ve finished, head to the check-out where we will provide you a total cost including shipping. Click the “pay now” button, and you will be directed to our secure online payment facility where you can use your credit or charge card. For other payment methods, see below.

  • What payment methods are available for Divine Cosmetics products?

    Online:

    You can pay online via our secure merchant facility with your Visa or Mastercard. This is the fastest and most reliable method.

    Direct deposit:

    Please email us at sales@divinecosmetics.com.au if you would prefer to pay via direct deposit. As soon as the payment is cleared (approximately 48 hours) we will send you your order. Payment must be received by us within 5 working days of the order date, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
